What happens if I don't pay to keep my digital space active after the first 12 months of FREE hosting?

After the first 12 months of FREE hosting, if you decide not to continue with our paid hosting service, your digital space will be archived. Archived spaces can be reactivated at any time, but please note that reactivation incurs a one-off fee of $40 for a period of 3 months of access. This allows you to regain access to your digital space whenever you need it.

How can I embed my Matterport Virtual Tour into my website?

With a simple embed code, you can seamlessly integrate your digital twin into your website for visitors to explore. Not only this, but with a few clicks have your 3D tour shared to anyone you like, for them to wander, navigate and delve deep into the space you have scanned.

Is Matterport a reliable hosting service?

Absolutely! Matterport stands as a pinnacle of reliability in hosting services. With its robust infrastructure and seamless performance, it ensures uninterrupted access to your digital content, guaranteeing a smooth and immersive experience for users exploring your spaces every single time.

Can Matterport Virtual Tours be customised?

What is the expected delivery time for Add-ons?

We deliver Virtual Tours in 24 hours along with the add-ons, however we do require at least 48 more hours for Virtual Staging and photo editing.

What are the limitations of Virtual Staging?

There are no limitations in Virtual Staging, we can create any furniture, any colour, any theme. Its all up to you.
